These terms concern this prelaunch information website operated by Karp Tech Sdn Bhd, company registration number 202501059104 (1660510-W). They do not govern a future KARP app, bookings, payments or Karper work; separate terms will be needed before those activities launch.
Purpose and current availability
This website describes services KARP is developing. It does not offer an account, live booking, payment, delivery order or Karper application. Please do not rely on it as confirmation that a service can be provided now.
Plans may change
KARP plans to launch first in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Service descriptions, examples and intended processes may change. Service areas, availability, operating hours, eligibility, fees and booking conditions have not been confirmed on this website. No price is displayed or quoted here.
Email enquiries
You can use the Google-hosted enquiry form or email support@karp.io with a question. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking, service agreement, account, reservation, employment relationship or Karper approval. Do not send payment card details or identity documents in a general enquiry. How we handle enquiry information is described in the Website Privacy Notice.
Using the website
Please use this website lawfully and do not try to interfere with its operation or security. The KARP name, logo, writing and original design materials are intended for this website; contact us before reusing them commercially.
