For customers

What is KARP?

KARP is an app in development that will connect people with local helpers called Karpers for personal shopping, queuing, waiting and delivery tasks. Our first launch is planned for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Can I book a service now?

Not yet. The app and all five services are being prepared for launch. There are no bookings or app downloads available from this website at the moment. You can contact us to ask about launch updates.

What’s the difference between queuing and waiting?

Queuing means holding a restaurant queue position until you arrive, where the venue allows handovers. Waiting means staying at your home or another agreed place—for example, to receive a parcel or be present for a repair visit. It does not include professional construction supervision. Both services are in development.

Which delivery service should I choose?

Super Cheap Delivery is being designed for items with flexible timing. Urgent Item Delivery is for more time-sensitive requests. Delivery windows, permitted items and coverage will be confirmed at launch.

Where will KARP be available?

We’re starting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Specific service areas and operating hours will be announced before bookings open.
